Vitalone 35, 05100, Terni (TR), VAT no. 01592190555 (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), manages the website http://www.studioantoninisantini.it (hereinafter the "Service") and is the Data Controller pursuant to Articles 4 and 28 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and Articles 4, no. 7 and 24 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR 2016/679"), containing provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.

n) submit a request to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, in which you provide the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller reserves the right to assess the request, which will not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the User;
