Arch. Michela Antonini, Via G. Vitalone 35, 05100, Terni (TR), VAT no. 01592190555 (hereinafter, "Data Controller"), manages the website http://www.studioantoninisantini.it (hereinafter the "Service") and is the Data Controller pursuant to Articles 4 and 28 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter "Privacy Code") and Articles 4, no. 7 and 24 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter "GDPR 2016/679"), containing provisions for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data.
This page informs the User of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when using our Service and the choices associated with that data, pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 of the GDPR 2016/679.

The User can choose not to make their activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the browser add-on for disabling Google Analytics. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visit activity.

b) obtain information regarding the origin of personal data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied in case of processing with the aid of electronic tools, the identification details of the Data Controller, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of the data;
d) obtain the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
e) the certification that the operations referred to in letters c) and d) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in the case where this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;

k) request from the Data Controller access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of such data or the restriction of processing concerning them;
l) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal;
m) lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the current legislation;
n) submit a request to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, in which you provide the reasons justifying the objection: the Data Controller reserves the right to assess the request, which will not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the User;
